TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Effective Date: May 1, 2026 | Provider: SiteVana
SiteVana provides rapid-delivery website design, development, and hosting management using the Google Sites platform.
One-Time Purchase: Client receives a professional website based on the selected package. Ownership of the design and content is transferred upon final payment.
Monthly Subscription: SiteVana provides the website, hosting management, security monitoring, and updates. This is a service-based agreement; the site remains active only while the subscription is in good standing.
Non-Refundable Activation Fee: A $350.00 USD Setup/Activation Fee is required upfront via the Client Intake Form. This fee covers immediate labor, project initialization, and domain procurement. This fee is 100% non-refundable once work has commenced.
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD and CAD
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly starting 30 days after the initial activation.
Late Payments: If a payment is 48 hours late, SiteVana reserves the right to take the website offline immediately. A $50.00 CAD reinstatement fee will apply to restore service.
Chargebacks: By paying the activation fee, the Client acknowledges that the service involves custom labor and waives the right to dispute the transaction via their bank or payment processor.
SiteVana aims for delivery within 24 hours ("Same-Day/Overnight"). This timeline begins only after the Client has provided all required assets (text, logo, images) and confirmed the domain choice. Delays in Client communication or asset delivery will void the speed guarantee.
Platform: Websites are built on Google Sites. SiteVana is not liable for platform-specific limitations (e.g., lack of custom plugins, advanced e-commerce features, or deep technical SEO access).
Uptime: SiteVana is not responsible for downtime caused by Google, domain registrars, or internet service providers.
Results: SiteVana does not guarantee specific search engine rankings (SEO), traffic volume, or sales results. We provide the infrastructure; the Client is responsible for their own business marketing.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary business information and review the "Draft" version within 24 hours of receipt. SiteVana is not responsible for copyright infringement regarding images or text provided by the Client.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, SiteVana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the most recent 30-day billing cycle.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
Transfer: Upon cancellation of a subscription, the Client may request a transfer of the site to their own Google account. SiteVana will facilitate this transfer, after which all service obligations cease.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
